During my placement as a medical student on the CAMHS ward at Berrywood Dr Sankar took the time to provided some excellent teaching which was very helpful in understanding psychiatry in children and adolescence and how it differs from adult psychiatry.

As a parent I couldn't wish for a better place for my daughter. Within weeks of admission into the Burrows my daughter has made significant improvement not seen in the past 6 months. I wouldn't criticise anything. You don't change a winning team. Kudos to Dr Sankar.

Dr Sankar has been very approachable and caring. He has totally made us feel that our daughter's well being is a priority and is the first doctor (over a period of a few years) who has really involved us in her treatment and explained fully what has taken place with her mental condition. As a family we feel that we can put our trust in him.
